At Twist, we are committed to delivering your orders with reliable speed and providing a unique delivery experience across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is done through our approved shipping companies, meeting the highest quality standards required and in accordance with the following conditions.

Shipping Details

Orders are delivered to Riyadh within 1-2 business days.

Some remote areas may take less time for delivery. Orders are delivered to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within 2-7 business days.
Business days: Saturday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
Shipping and delivery fees to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are 15 riyals.
In addition to the store, orders can be cancelled and the customer's full payment refunded if the products are unavailable or there is a technical issue with the order or payment.
Any delay in delivery due to an error in the entered address, contact information, or repeated delays is not the responsibility of the warehouse.
If the shipping company fails to respond to the customer, or if the entered address or contact information is incorrect, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
If you receive a shipping product, we will bear all costs and return it, provided it arrives within 3 days of receiving the order.

After shipping, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your order through the shipping company's website.
